Alberta RCMP arrest six Teens after girl was allegedly chased and bullied
RCMP in southern Alberta say six teens in Nanton are facing criminal charges after a 13-year-old girl was allegedly chased and bullied late last month.
Police say they have arrested and charged five 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old, none of whom can be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
They are facing a total of 10 criminal charges that include intimidation, mischief and uttering threats.
Police say their investigation found a long history of inappropriate behaviour between the group and the girl.

Rahul Gandhi meets Sidhu Moose Wala's family in Punjab
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi met the family of the late singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moosewala at Moosa village in Punjab's Mansa district on Tuesday.
He expressed grief over the murder and demanded strict action against the culprits. BJP leaders Hans Raj Hans and Manjinder Singh Sirsa also met Moose Wala's family.

The Punjab Police on Tuesday arrested eight people for providing logistic support and conducting recce and harbouring the shooters of renowned Punjabi Singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moose Wala who was shot dead on May 29, informed the State Information and Public Relations Department.

B.C. reports first case of Monkeypox
Monkeypox has spread to another part of Canada. The BC Centre for Disease Control has announced the first case in British Columbia, bringing the national total to almost 80 cases. The BC case is in a man in Vancouver. On Friday, the National Microbiology Laboratory said 77 cases of monkeypox had been confirmed in Canada. The BC centre says the risk to the general public is very low.

Three small communities around Terrace have been evacuated as levels of the Skeena River continue to climb.
