West Kelowna RCMP have issued a province-wide Amber Alert for four-year-old Ryan Atlas Andrews, who police say was allegedly taken by his 40-year-old mother, Alisse Andrews. A 30-year-old woman was seriously injured in a stabbing early Sunday morning in Campbell River, according to the RCMP.
