The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has made an arrest in the homicide of Cody Mostat from March 25, 2022 in Langley with charges of second degree murder being laid. Background: On March 25, 2022, at 8:49 p.m., Langley RCMP responded to a report of an unconscious man in the 20400-block of 88 Avenue in Langley. 18-year-old shooting suspect turns himself in to Burnaby RCMP

A suspect wanted in connection with a December 2025 shooting in North Burnaby has turned himself in to authorities. Burnaby RCMP said officers responded on Dec. 19, 2025, to a report of a shooting near Phillips Avenue and Woodbrook Place.
