The defence chief's office says a change-of-command ceremony for the country's top military commander is set for July 18. Gen. Wayne Eyre announced plans last January to retire from the post. Ottawa plans to expand eligibility for the federal dental program today to include children under the age of 18 and people who receive a disability tax credit. The government estimates 1.2 million more people will now be able to apply for the program.
