Man charged with four counts of dangerous driving causing death, hours after a funeral for the Ciasullo family

A funeral was held this afternoon for a woman and her three young daughters who were killed in a crash in Brampton, Ontario.

Four white caskets were brought before the altar as mourners spread out in the pews in keeping with physical distancing guidelines.

Karolina Ciasullo was a 37 year old elementary school teacher.

Her daughters were aged six, four and one.


20 year old man is facing four counts of dangerous driving causing death

A 20 year old man is facing charges in a crash in Brampton, Ontario, that killed a mother and her three young daughters.

Karolina Ciasullo died last week along with her girls Klara, Lilianna and Mila.

Peel Regional Police allege it happened when the man was speeding down a street and collided with the Volkswagen carrying the family.

They say the crash sent the family's vehicle into a light poll.

Brady Robertson of Caledon, Ontario, is now facing four counts of dangerous driving causing death.

Word of the charges came hours after a funeral for the Ciasullo family.

One relative described Karolina, an elementary school teacher, as the glue that held her family together.
