A Surrey man is facing robbery charges following two alleged bank robberies reported in the city earlier this month, according to Surrey Police Service. Calgary police classify deaths of woman and child as murder-suicide

Calgary police say the deaths of a 42-year-old woman and her seven-year-old son have been determined to be a murder-suicide. Quebec passes law banning energy drink sales to children under 16

Quebec has become the first province in Canada to prohibit the sale of caffeinated energy drinks to children under the age of 16 after the National Assembly passed Bill 9 by a large majority on Thursday.
