India's investigative agency Enforcement Directorate has issued summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for the fifth time in the ongoing investigation in the Delhi liquor scam case. The investigating agency has summoned the Delhi Chief Minister for questioning on February 2. Farmer organizations of Punjab have announced to lay siege to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's Sangrur residence on February 3 in favor of Bhana Sidhu. The Sangrur court has given relief to Punjab government minister Aman Arora and stayed the punishment awarded to him by the lower court for 2 years.
