Plane crash near South Sudan capital kills 14, officials cite poor visibility
A Cessna aircraft crashed Monday on the outskirts of South Sudan’s capital, Juba, killing all 14 people on board, according to the country’s civil aviation authority.
Officials said the aircraft was carrying 13 passengers and a pilot. All were pronounced dead at the scene.

Carney announces $25B national sovereign wealth fund ahead of economic update
