Kapil Sharma praises Bhagwant Mann at Punjab Tourism Summit in Mohali

Punjab's first three-day Tourism Summit and Travel Mart was inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in Sector-82, Mohali on Monday. State's tourism Minister Anmol Gagan Mann, Chief Secretary Punjab and many artists of Punjabi Industry along with famous comedians Kapil Sharma, Sunil Pal and Ehsaan Qureshi also reached.

Kapil addressed the CM as his “mentor’ and “elder brother” and thanked him for making him a part of ‘Rangla Punjab’ campaign.

Addressing the gathering, Kapil lauded the path breaking initiatives being made by the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for the wellbeing of the state and its people.

Kapil Sharma said that the summit is a laudable step by the state government to promote tourism in the state. He said that this initiative will go a long way in putting the state on the map of international tourism.

He said that the step will also help in perpetuating the glorious legacy and history of the state amongst the coming generations.

"There are many tourist places in Punjab that people are not aware of. I would like to thank the government and the officers because of whom, people are getting to know about these places. Punjab is very beautiful, I want the entire world to know about its beauty.", kapil said.

Punjab Tourism Summit, a three-day affair, is taking place in Mohali from September 11 to 13.
