Bollywood actress and BJP MP from Himachal's Mandi Kangana Ranaut's film 'Emergency' will not release on September 6. The Bombay High Court has refused to direct the Censor Board to issue an immediate certificate to the film.

During the hearing, the Bombay High Court said that it could not direct the Censor Board to issue the certificate as the Madhya Pradesh High Court had already ordered the Censor Board to decide on the objections filed by the Jabalpur Sikh Sangat. The High Court has ordered the Censor Board to take a decision by September 18 on the objections raised by the Sikh Sangat of Jabalpur or anyone else.

It is to be noted that Kangana Ranaut's film has not received the censor certificate yet. The Bombay High Court said that if he directs to issue the certificate, it will be a violation of the order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and he cannot do so.
