NIA questioning several famous Punjabi singers
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has so far questioned a number of famous Punjabi singers as part of its probe into their relationship with notorious gangsters, who have their links with terrorist organisations.
Even as the NIA officially remained tightlipped over the development, sources said, singers Mankirt Aulakh, Dilpreet Dhillon, B Praak, Afsana Khan, Jenny Johal were called in for questioning at different times in past one-and-a-half week and a few others were also in line to be asked to come over to the agency’s headquarters here for the purpose.

Sidhu Moosewala's new song likely to be released tomorrow; Punjabi singer's 'SYL' released after his death was banned on YouTube
A new song of Sidhu Moosewala is likely to release on Tuesday. This would be his second song that would be released after the Punjabi singer’s killing.
After his death, Sidhu Moosewala’s song "SYL" was released. It amassed 25 million views on Youtube in just two days. This song later made it to the Billboard record list. However, the song was removed from YouTube following legal issues by the government of India.
Moosewala was murdered at his village in Mansa on May 29.
He started writing song in 2016. He began with "License" and as a singer he started his journey in 2017 with a duet song

Punjabi singer AP Dhillon hospitalized
Indo-Canadian singer and rapper AP Dhillon has been hospitalised after suffering an injury during his US tour. Dhillon, who is known for songs like Summer High, Insane and Ma Belle among others, took to Instagram to inform fans about the same. He had embarked on his month-long North American ‘Out Of This World’ tour on October 8, which was supposed to end on November 4. However, due to his injury, the concerts in the US have been postponed.

NIA grills Afsana Khan for 5 hours in Sidhu Moosewala murder case
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday grilled Punjabi singer Afsana Khan in relation with late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s murder case.
Hours later, Afsana went live on her Instagram to clarify her stance over being questioned by the agency for five hours.
In her live address, Afsana called Sidhu Moosewala her brother and said that he’ll remain in her heart forever.
She said the agency questioned her about how she came in touch with the late singer. She was also questioned about Moosewala’s nature and their songs together.
