Punjabi actor found dead in mysterious circumstances
Punjabi film actor and renowned Gatka teacher Sond Singh, known for his role in Nanak Naam Jahaz, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Kapurthala, Punjab. He had been missing since May 9.
Authorities have yet to disclose the cause of death, and the incident is currently under police investigation. The Punjabi Film and TV Actors Association confirmed Singh’s passing in a social media statement, expressing shock and grief over the loss.

Diljit Dosanjh still part of No Entry 2?
Recent reports claimed Internatioanl artist Diljit Dosanjh exited the upcoming sequel No Entry 2 due to creative differences. However, producer Boney Kapoor denied this, stating the issue is solely due to scheduling conflicts. “There are date issues, but certainly no creative differences,” he added..
Tentatively titled No Entry Mein Entry, the comedy sequel will star Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor, with six female leads. The film is in pre-production, with a shoot planned for early 2026, pending Diljit’s availability.

Punjabi lyricist Gursewak Singh Brar dies in an accident
Punjabi lyricist Gursewak Singh Brar known for his songs Jatt Saab, Dawood tragically lost his life in a road accident near Kotakpura, Punjab, on Sunday evening. He was 47.
The accident occurred around 8:45 p.m. while Gursewak was returning to his hometown, Muktsar. His motorcycle reportedly collided with a truck, resulting in his untimely death on the spot. Authorities have launched an investigation based on information provided by his family.
