The film is directed by Arun Gopalan and written by Ritesh Shah and Ashish Prakash Verma. The film, inspired by true events, is produced by Maddock Films Production and Bake My Cake Films! Maddock films shared took to their Instagram to share the release date of the film, April 26, 2024.

Reacting to the killing of Indian student Jaahnavi Kandula in Seattle in Washington state of the US, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas said a life is a life and one can't put any value to it.
