London’s Metropolitan Police say a man has been arrested after an 11-year-old and a 34-year-old were stabbed in central London. A plane able to carry dozens of passengers crashed in Brazil's Sao Paulo state on Friday, local media reported, but it was not immediately clear how many people were aboard. Calgary's mayor says the city is considering ways to strengthen a key water main for the long term, including replacing it altogether. Police in southeastern British Columbia say one person is dead after a highway crash just outside the community of Field, B.C., near the Alberta boundary. RCMP say the two-vehicle crash on Thursday involved a pick-up truck carrying two people from the United States and a minivan with three people from Alberta.
