Notification issued for implementation of NOC Act

The Punjab Government has issued a formal notification for the implementation of the NOC Act. According to information, the government has issued a formal notification for implementation of the Act passed for abolishing the condition of NOC for registration of plots in unauthorized colonies. The Act will come into effect from 1st December 2024, meaning that from that date, registrations of this category will not require NOC.
