Internet access across JandK to remain at 2G speed till March 17
Internet access across Jammu and Kashmir will be restricted to 2G speed and internet connectivity with Mac-binding will continue till March 17, the Union Territory administration said on Wednesday. According to the authorities, these restricting will remain in force till further orders. "While the postpaid sim cardholders shall continue to be provided access to the internet, these services shall not be made available on pre-paid sim cards unless verified as per norms applicable for post-paid connections," the J-K administration said. Nirbhaya case: Our entire system supports criminals, says Asha Devi on deferring convicts' execution
A Delhi court on March 02 stayed the execution of all the 4 convicts in 2012 Delhi gang-rape case and deferred the matter for further orders. Speaking on the development, Nirbhaya's mother, Asha Devi said, "Why is the court taking so much time to execute its own order to hang the convicts? Delhi violence: 123 FIR lodged, 630 arrested so far, says Delhi Police
Delhi Police PRO MS Randhawa on February 28 informed that the police have registered 123 FIRs so far, and around 630 people have been arrested/detained. At least 42 people, including a police head constable, died while around 200 people sustained serious injuries in the violence that raged for three days in parts of the national capital. Two Special Investigation Teams (SITs) have been constituted under the Crime Branch, Delhi Police, to investigate the violence.

13 deaths reported, Harsh Vardhan, Manoj Tiwari visit Delhi violence injured at GTB Hospital
Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Tuesday visited Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital here to review the condition of people injured in violence in parts of North-East Delhi. Speaking to media, Vardhan informed that 81 people were admitted to the hospital on Monday and 69 on Tuesday.
