Over 50 medical camps set up for farmers at Singhu border

Over 50 free round-the-clock medical camps have come up at Singhu, one of the multiple Delhi borders, where farmers have been agitating against the three recently enacted farm laws, braving the winters, for the last 15 days. Free medicines and ambulance services are also being provided to the agitating farmers. Two vehicle collision claims life of one driver

On August 11, 2025 at 1:42pm, the Fort St John RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision on Highway 97 North at the 269 Rd, just north of Fort St John. It was reported that an SUV had collided with a tanker truck. Fort St John RCMP, BC Ambulance Service and Charlie Lake and Fort St John Fire Services all attended the scene. Fort St John RCMP frontline police officers determined that a southbound SUV failed to stop for a red light and collided with the tanker truck while the tanker truck was turning left onto Highway 97 from 269 Rd.
