Punjabi singing sensation Sunanda Sharma is entering a bold new chapter, one she’s crafting entirely on her own terms. The chart-topping vocalist has officially stepped into independent territory by releasing her latest single, “Dilbar,” under her own newly formed music label, marking a powerful shift in her artistic journey.

The official music video for Dilbar premiered on her YouTube channel on November 10, 2025, and instantly signaled a fresh direction for the star. By releasing this track independently, Sunanda has made it clear: she is now a fully independent artist, not signed under any external label.

This move comes after a turbulent moment earlier this year when Sunanda’s fallout with long-time associate Pinky Dhaliwal went viral. The controversy pushed her into difficult emotional territory—what she describes as “tasting bad water” but it also ignited her drive to take full control of her music. Known for her powerful vocals and wide-ranging discography, Sunanda is now confidently owning the music space in her own right.

Shortly after the release of Dilbar, Sunanda went live on Instagram, opening up about the deeply personal and emotional journey behind becoming an independent artist. Fighting back tears at times, she spoke about the challenges, the freedom, and the courage it took to rebuild herself creatively.

In an inspiring moment, she also invited her fans and fellow artists to share their own stories of struggle and independence, turning the live session into a community of resilience and artistic rebirth.
