Kali Jotta time
Punjabi actors Wamiqa Gabbi, Neeru Bajwa and Satinder Sartaaj have embarked on the journey of their new movie Kali Jotta. This is the first time that these three will be seen sharing the screen space together. Wamiqa took to her social media handle to share a video of the mahurat day from the sets of the movie.
The video captures all the shots in black and white tones. It features the smiling faces of the cast and crew, and a glimpse of a happy team. Sharing the video, Wamiqa wrote- “Kali Jotta. First day Mahurat.”

Badshah’s Udaariyan
Bollywood rapper and singer Badshah recently shot a music video for Colors’ upcoming show Udaariyan in Punjab. Being a Punjabi, he connects with the concept of the show, the characters, and the beautiful storyline that talks about migration to Canada.

Sufi singer-actor Satinder Sartaaj took to his social media handle to announce his upcoming film, Kali Jotta which stars Neeru Bajwa and Wamiqa Gabbi in the lead roles.

Bollywood’s veteran actor Asrani will soon be seen in a Punjabi film, which marks his debut in Pollywood industry.

Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander dies at 60
Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander passed away at Fortis hospital at Mohali on Wednesday. He was 60. Sikander was under treatment for kidney damage and other ailments for the past few days. Sikander, who was diabetic, was recently treated for COVID-19. He had undergone renal transplant in 2016 and Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in 2003," the hospital said in a statement.
