Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has been tight-lipped about the genre or any specific detail about his upcoming music album.
Taking to the microblogging website, Diljit revealed a little bit about his upcoming album.
“Most of the time we get stuck in our own dream world. Our ancestors have taught us a lot but you will understand when you yourself get encountered every day brings a new experience. It takes time to get used to reality. New album new me,” read Diljit's post.

Meet Pollywood’s ‘Fufad Ji’
Punjabi actor Binnu Dhillon has started shooting for the first leg of his upcoming Punjabi film Fufad Ji. The film is directed by Pankaj Batra, whereas Suresh Beesaveni is handling the photography (DOP) of this film.
Binnu took to his social media handle to share news about this project. He shared a picture with the cast along with a caption that read- “With all your blessings starting my Dream project @fuffadji day one.”
Binnu has a good number of films in his kitty including Gol Gappe, Welcome Bhua Ji, Bhoot Ji, carry On Jatta 3 and more.

Punjabi singer Imran Khan arrested by Kapurthala police
Punjabi Singer Imran Khan, popularly known as Khan Saab, a resident of Preet Nagar in Phagwara, was arrested by the Kapurthala police for hosting a party, in violation of the Covid guidelines.
Khan Saab, who was arrested along with three of his accomplices, present at the same party, has been currently let off on bail. An FIR was lodged by the Kapurthala police here against four persons by name, while the rest of them remain unidentified.
Khan Saab (27) was arrested along with Harpreet Singh (28), Dilbar Mohammed (31), and Ijaz (23), who were also seen at the party along with him.

Sidhu Moosewala's debut film 'Yes I Am Student' coming soon
Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala's debut film, ‘Yes I Am Student’ was originally scheduled to be released in 2019, however that date was pushed back due to Covid-19.
Now, the director of the film, Tarnvir Singh Jagpal, and Sidhu Moosewala have taken to social media to announce the release date of the film, which is October 22, 2021.
In his story, Tarnvir wrote- “Covid situation normal hon the! Yes, I am student releasing on 22 Oct 2021 worldwide”. He tagged Sidhu Moosewala, Mandy Takhar, The Kidd, Gold Media, Deep Gold Media, Jaidev Kumar, and Dense Pro in the post.

Punjabi actor-turned-activist Deep Sidhu has been in the news since the beginning of farmer's protests. Punjabi film writer-director Baljeet Noor shared the first look poster of his upcoming Punjabi film, Ruffal. The film stars Dheeraj Kumar, Pali Sandhu, Asish Duggal, Hobby Dhaliwal, Neetu Pandher, Savinder vicky, Jeet Bhangu, Jaggi Bhangu, Sanjeev Kaler, Mahavir Bhullar, Sunita Dhir, Gurpreet Toti, Paramvir Singh and Malkit Malanga. The movie will be produced by Kuldeep Dhaliwal USA and Kulwinder Gill.

Milkha Singh's wife Nirmal Kaur dies of COVID-19
Track legend Milkha Singh's wife, Nirmal Kaur, on Sunday passed away at the age of 85. She had tested positive for COVID-19 in May this year.
"We are deeply saddened to inform you that Nirmal Milkha Singh passed away after a valiant battle against Covid-19 at 4 PM today," read a family statement.
Nirmal Kaur was a former Director of Sports for Women in the Punjab Government and was also a former captain of the Indian women's national volleyball team.

Ranjit Bawa and Aditi Sharma are the new ‘Parahuna 2’
Punjabi singer-actor Ranjit Bawa took to his social media handle to share the poster of his upcoming film Parahuna 2. The movie stars Ranjit Bawa and Angrej fame actress, Aditi Sharma. The movie is the sequel to the 2018 released 'Parahuna' which starred singer-actor Kulwinder Billa and Wamiqa Gabbi.
