Rajpal Yadav Taken into Custody After Court Denies Time Extension
Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav surrendered at Tihar Jail after the Delhi High Court declined to grant him additional time in connection with his conviction in cheque dishonour cases. He reported to jail authorities around 4 pm, following which standard prison procedures were initiated, officials confirmed.
A day earlier, the High Court had turned down Yadav’s request to delay his surrender. His legal team had informed the court that he had arranged ₹50 lakh and sought an extra week to complete the payment. However, the plea did not find favour with the bench.

Dhurandhar 2 Shoot Hits Legal Bump Ahead of Release
As excitement builds around Dhurandhar 2, starring Ranveer Singh, the film has run into an unforeseen legal issue. Authorities have filed a case against the movie’s location manager after a drone was allegedly operated without official approval in Mumbai’s high-security Fort zone.
The complaint states that location manager Rinku Rajpal Valmiki failed to secure mandatory permissions for aerial filming in the sensitive South Mumbai area. Following this, the MRA Marg Police registered an FIR against him on February 1. The drone was reportedly deployed during the shoot of a particular scene, b
