Premier John Horgan says the bomb that tore apart Air India Flight 182 off the coast of Ireland, killing 329 passengers, including 280 Canadians is a ``callous crime that must never be forgotten.''
Terrorists based in BC planned and executed the bombing which happened 37 years ago today.
In his statement marking the National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism, Horgan says everyone should take a stand against hatred.
He says despicable acts of terror must be rejected and people should respect and care for those who are targeted by such acts.
