Senior Punjab Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa's tone regarding alliance with Aam Aadmi Party has changed.

He has agreed with the party high command's decision regarding the alliance between Congress and AAP in the state during the Lok Sabha elections.

Bajwa said that all Congress workers are standing like a rock with the party on the issue of alliance to defeat the BJP. This is the first time that Bajwa's tone on the alliance has been softened. Before this, he has been staunchly opposing the alliance with AAP.

However, he also attacked the Aam Aadmi Party, Bajwa said that the AAP government has proved to be a failure on all fronts. He said that on one hand, Kejriwal is giving bouquets to the national leaders of Congress, on the other hand, leaflets are being registered against Congressmen in Punjab.
