Voting will be held tomorrow on 26 seats of 6 districts in the second phase of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. Out of these 15 seats are from Central Kashmir and 11 seats from Jammu. Former Chief Minister and National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah is contesting from two seats. Umar - In the Lok Sabha elections, Baramulla seat was contested from Tihar Jail and was defeated by Engineer Rashid.
It is to be noted that the Vidhan Sabha elections are being held in Jammu and Kashmir after 10 years and this is the first Vidhan Sabha election after the removal of Article 370.
