Indian Foreign Secretary calls on Pakistan to 'address violations'

Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri has just given a short briefing. He says: "For the last few hours, there have been repeated violations of the understanding we arrived at earlier this evening. "This is a breach of the understanding arrived at earlier today." Misri says India's armed forces are "giving an appropriate response" and he concludes his briefing by "calling upon Pakistan to address these violations".
