The Congress party in Punjab is going to announce the names of the candidates for the remaining Lok Sabha seats soon. Sources say that the list of candidates for the remaining seven seats is going to be released this week.

It has been learned that many leaders of Punjab Congress have also demanded tickets for their relatives. Birindermeet Singh Pahra from Gurdaspur is seeking the ticket for his brother, while from Hoshiarpur former MP Santosh Chaudhary's daughter Namita Chaudhary has submitted her claim for the ticket.

Pawan Adhya is also claiming this seat. It may be noted that recently the Congress had released the first list of candidates for 6 of the 13 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
