In Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), two people from Punjab have been targeted and shot dead by terrorists. The incident took place at 7 pm, in which 31-year-old Amritpal of Amritsar died on the spot. Meanwhile, 25-year-old Rohit from Amritsar is injured and is undergoing treatment at a local hospital. Terrorists opened fire with an AK series rifle in Habba Kadal area of Srinagar. After the incident, the security forces have cordoned off the area and the search for the assailants is on.
