Mr. Mattu was last seen on October 27th at approximately 11:30pm in the Brow of the Hill neighbourhood of New Westminster. Mr. Mattu’s health care team is concerned for his well-being as he is without medicine he takes daily. 2 people hurt in a blast that destroyed a home in Surrey

Two people have been hurt in a blast that has destroyed a home in northwest Surrey. Fire officials say the single-family home was engulfed when they arrived just before nine p.m. last night. Of the four people in the house, assistant fire chief Shelley Morris says two escaped unhurt, but the other two had to be treated in hospital. A cause of the explosion is under investigation.

Vancouver Police today released photos of a man who allegedly assaulted a taxi driver, leaving the cabbie with life-altering injuries. The assault occurred August 14 after the driver picked up a man near the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain station. Suspicious vehicle complaint leads to arrest and seizure of two stolen vehicles

Surrey RCMP is advising the public of an arrest of a youth and seizure of two stolen vehicles with full jerry cans inside. On October 19, 2022 at 9:49 am, a concerned resident called police to report a suspicious vehicle in the 9800-block of 134 Street. Surrey RCMP Auto Crime Target Team (ACTT) immediately attended the area and through extensive patrols, located the vehicle almost an hour later in the 13100-block of 98A Avenue. Fire destroys several vehicles including police cars at Smithers hotel

An early morning fire in a hotel parking lot in Smithers caused significant damage to multiple vehicles including several police vehicles. Just before 4:30 am on October 26, 2022, Smithers RCMP received a request to assist the Smithers Fire Department at the Sunshine Inn located in the 3800 block of 4 Avenue in Smithers, for a report of multiple vehicles on fire in the parking lot.
