The release of the Punjabi film "Rose Rosy tey Gulab," starring Gurnam Bhullar and Maahi Sharma, has been cancelled in India due to actor-turned-politician Karamjit Anmol's candidacy for the Lok Sabha. Gurnam Bhullar shared this news on his Instagram, noting that the film will still release overseas on May 24.
In an interview with Connect FM Canada, actress Maahi Sharma expressed her excitement for the film, mentioning that this is the first time she feels a significant sense of responsibility. She also shared a humorous anecdote about her tendency to talk a lot during press conferences, often receiving calls from her mother advising her to be more measured in her speech. "Sometimes my mother calls to say that I should measure my talks," she added with a laugh.
