In a recent interview with Connect FM Canada, Roopi Gill shared her gratitude for her life both in Punjab and Canada. She expressed her appreciation for Punjab, which has given her love and a deep connection to her roots, and for Canada, which has afforded her freedom and the space to think independently.
During the interview, Roopi also highlighted the support she has received from the Punjabi film industry, particularly from fellow actresses Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaira. She mentioned how Sargun and Nimrat have been exceptionally supportive, frequently checking in to ensure everything is going well for her. Roopi acknowledged that such support from industry peers is rare and expressed her heartfelt thanks.
