Rajinikanth to announce political party launch on December 31

Actor Rajinikanth announced that he will be launching his political party in January and added that a major announcement is expected this month.

The south Indian superstar tweeted, "A political party will be launched in January; Announcement regarding it will be made on December 31st." He further added, "In the upcoming assembly elections, we will definitely win the assembly elections and give an honest, transparent, corruption free and spiritual politics without any difference to any religion or caste."

Talking to the reporters, Rajinikanth made his intentions clear.

He said, "In 2017 I said that I would start a political party and contest in the 2021 assembly elections.

Doctors advised not to go to the ground for the trip before starting a political party because it’s important for me to visit ground before starting a political party.

This corona is a big problem.

When I was bedridden, I got my life back because of your prayer.

Now I don't mind even if I die. If I win, the victory is all yours."
