Danny Masterson sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for rape

American actor Danny Masterson has been sentenced to 30 years to life in prison, after being convicted for rape.

That ’70s Show actor was convicted on two of three forcible rape charges this past May.

Masterson was accused of raping three women at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003, which was during the time he was on “That 70’s Show.”

Los Angeles jury found Masterson, 47, of raping two women in 2003. The third count was declared a mistrial and has been dismissed by prosecutors, who said they will not retry the charges.

The former TV star did not testify during the retrial, and his lawyers called no witnesses.

Masterson has been in custody since his verdict was announced in May, as he was deemed a potential flight risk.
