Web series on fugitive businessman Nirav Modi is in development
A web series about the fugitive diamond dealer Nirav Modi is in the works.
Nirav is wanted in India for allegedly defrauding Punjab National Bank (PNB) out of an estimated USD 2 billion. He was arrested in March 2019 and has been held in the Wandsworth prison in south London.
Now Abundantia Entertainment has acquired the rights of a journalist, Pavan C. Lall's book 'Flawed: The Rise and Fall of India's Diamond Mogul Nirav Modi' that will be adapted into a dramatised, multi-season series.

Comedian Bharti Singh, together with her husband and writer-producer Haarsh Limbachiyaa, has launched a new YouTube channel called 'Bharti TV'.
This new channel is all set to host a number of comedy shows and entertain its viewers anytime, anywhere bringing forth the quality of television show on a YouTube channel.
The channel is all set to launch their first show called 'The Great Indian Game Show' which will be out soon.

White House 'offered a call' to Nicki Minaj to answer queries about her COVID-19 vaccine concerns
The White House has offered to answer Grammy-nominated rapper Nicki Minaj's questions about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines.
The 38-year-old artist took to Twitter on Wednesday and said that she had been invited to the White House after she posted controversial tweets earlier this week about vaccine side effects.
"The White House has invited me & I think it's a step in the right direction," she tweeted.
However, despite Minaj's tweet about a meeting, a White House official told People magazine that the administration reached out to her for public health education over the phone.

Income Tax conducts survey at Sonu Sood's premises in Mumbai
Income Tax Department conducted a survey at premises in Mumbai linked to Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, said sources on Wednesday.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Spokesperson Raghav Chadha said that this is nothing but a "witch hunt" by an insecure government against a giant philanthropist.
Commenting on the same, AAP MLA Atishi asked if it was a crime for him to help those in difficulty.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Sood stepped forward to help all those who reached out to him and was widely recognised for his humanitarian work.

Film on Afghan rescue crisis titled 'Garud' announced
A film based on real incidents of the Afghan rescue crisis titled 'Garud' was announced on Wednesday.
The upcoming John Abraham starrer 'Attack' producer Ajay Kapoor has joined hands with Subhash Kale for 'Garud', a film based on the Afghan rescue crisis. Other details related to the director and cast are yet to be announced.
Inspired by real events, 'Garud' presents a fictionalized depiction of the rescue mission in Afghanistan, based on the story of an officer in the Garud Commando Force, a special forces unit of the Indian Air Force.

Dilip Kumar's Twitter handle to be deactivated
On Wednesday, a tweet from the late actor Dilip Kumar's Twitter handle announced that the account is to be deactivated.
Dilip Kumar's spokesperson Faisal Farooqi, who had also tweeted the sad news of the Tragedy King's demise in July this year, posted this update after seeking the consent of the late actor's wife Saira Banu.
"After much discussion and deliberation and with the consent of Saira Banu ji, I hv decided to close this Twitter account of beloved Dilip Kumar Saab. Thank you for your continuous love and support. -Faisal Farooqui," the tweet stated.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian hogged the limelight with her undercover look at the Met Gala 2021.
On Tuesday, she attended the red carpet covering up her face in an all-black head-to-toe Balenciaga ensemble including balaclava.
Kim wore the outfit designed by creative director Demna Gvasalia for the Paris-based high-fashion label. She was basically dressed in a black T-shirt dress over a curve T-shirt with a bodysuit.
For her hairstyle, she chose to sport a ponytail featuring extensions that hung down below her derriere.

Kangana Ranaut to portray Goddess Sita in 'The Incarnation- Sita'
Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut who is currently basking in praises for her portrayal of J. Jayalalithaa in the film 'Thalaivii', is all set to play the role of Goddess Sita in the upcoming mythological film 'The Incarnation- Sita'.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Kangana unveiled a teaser poster of the upcoming film.

Recently, Tony released his latest song Kanta Laga featuring his sister Neha Kakkar and rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh.
