Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced regulatory approval for a second coronavirus vaccine after early-stage studies. Two former eBay employees have pleaded guilty to taking part in a campaign to terrorize a married couple who edit and publish an online newsletter critical of the company. Fifty-one people were arrested during protests after a former Minneapolis police officer charged in the death of George Floyd was released on bail.
