Six people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Vancouver’s Granville Street Bridge Sunday evening. Police said the collision happened at around 5 p.m. and involved a tow truck, a TransLink bus and two cars. Dashcam footage shared on social media appears to show a flatbed truck crossing the median and travelling in the wrong direction before the crash. A police officer and 10 other people were taken to hospital after a suspicious fire broke out early Monday morning at an apartment building in Mississauga. Peel Regional Police said the fire started in a hallway of a building near Lakeshore Road West and Inverhouse Drive at around 3:30 a.m. Most of those taken to hospital were affected by smoke, while two people suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
