A Saskatchewan First Nation says it has identified about 300 unmarked graves at a former Indian Residential School site. Earlier this year, Cowessess First Nation used ground-penetrating radar that discovered as many as 751 graves near where the Marieval school stood. RCMP say they have made an arrest in the murder of a woman at a Vernon hotel in February last year. Police say the accused was arrested Friday in Surrey after an 18 month investigation into the death of Alishia Lemp.
