Toronto police say a man has died after an interaction with officers during which a police gun was fired. Police Chief James Ramer says officers were called to the city's east end around 1 p.m. on reports of a person with a gun. The City of Kamloops says one person has died in hospital following an ammonia leak at an industrial park. A spokeswoman with BC Emergency Health Services has previously said one person was taken to hospital in critical condition and two others were there in stable condition.
