An arrest warrant has been issued for an Alberta woman who was released from jail last month with alleged fake documents. Mackenzie Dawn Hardy was charged with several offences, including possession of stolen property, impaired driving and flight from police, after she was arrested in March. The Alberta Crown Prosecution Service says Hardy was released from custody after staff at the Fort Saskatchewan Correctional Centre near Edmonton were shown documents indicating her charges had been stayed. The US House approved Trump's tax cuts and big spending bill today. This will add about $4 trillion to the current $36 trillion debt of the US over the next 10 years. The bill includes several of Trump's campaign promises, such as extending the tax breaks he took office in 2017 and eliminating the tax on overtime pay. In addition, the bill provides for billions of dollars in border security to crack down on deportations. It will be funded by cuts to green energy incentives.

Alberta has seen more than 500 cases of measles since early March, as 19 more cases of the highly contagious disease have been confirmed. Drivers may face delays on Highway 99 Wednesday night as work continues on the Steveston Interchange project in Richmond. Traffic on Highway 99 will be affected in both directions and will be diverted to the left lane - and off-ramp - before Stevenston Highway starting at 11 p.m. This will continue until 5 a.m. Thursday to allow crews to move a crane onto Highway 99. R-C-M-P in Kamloops say a search warrant executed yesterday at a home in the Aberdeen neighbourhood led to the seizure of more than a dozen firearms. They say officers also seized a ``significant amount'' of suspected drugs, stolen property and vehicles from the home, which is located on Sifton Avenue. Police say one person was arrested, but has since been released though charge recommendations are expected. They are asking anyone with information on the case to contact the Kamloops R-C-M-P detachment.
