EVM Snags disrupt polling in pockets in Ludhiana

The largely peaceful polling was disturbed with technical snags of Electronic voting machines in Ludhiana's booth number 111. People had to wait because EVM did not work for atleast two hours. According to the information at 9 a.m. machine's battery was dead and polling process was halted. Voters told they were waiting for thier turn from long time. EVM malfunctions led to delays and frustrations.
