Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami Stands Firm on Resignation from SGPC Presidency
Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, who recently stepped down as president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), has firmly refused to withdraw his resignation. Dhami paid obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib today and later met the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Raghubir Singh, at his residence.
Speaking to the media afterward, Dhami reiterated his decision to not reconsider his resignation.
This statement comes ahead of a meeting called by the SGPC Interim Committee on March 7, where discussions regarding his resignation are expected to take place.

Tehsildars Across Punjab Call Off Strike After CM Mann's Warning
Tehsildars across Punjab called off their strike today after a warning from Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. On Monday, all tehsildars had taken collective leave in protest against the vigilance raids.
