Surrey RCMP: Help locate missing person – Jasvir Parmar

Surrey RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance with locating a missing 23 year-old woman. Jasvir Parmar was last seen on November 21, 2022 in the 6600-block of 133rd Street. Her last contact with family was in the early morning hours of November 22, 2022. Since then, efforts to find her have been unsuccessful. Police and family are concerned for Parmar’s well-being. Jasvir Parmar is described as a 23 year-old South Asian woman, 5’5", 130 pounds, with long straight black hair and brown eyes. She is currently driving a gold coloured 2013 Toyota Corolla, license plate AN9 26V.

IHIT investigating double homicide in Coquitlam

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has taken conduct of an investigation after three individuals were shot inside a vehicle in Coquitlam, BC. Background: On November 23, 2022 at 7:45 p.m., the Coquitlam RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Dawes Hill Road and Mundy Street in Coquitlam. An active an unfolding police incident has currently closed Coquihalla BC Highway #5 north of Hope B.C., and south of Merritt B.C. No public or commercial vehicle are being allowed passage at this time. The public should anticipate delays and plan alternative routes for the next few hours while this incident unfolds.A large number of policing resources from surrounding areas are being sent to the area of Juliet Bridge, just south of Merritt near the Coquihalla summit. A 17-year-old boy has been charged after Vancouver Police discovered a cache of loaded guns and other dangerous weapons inside a Downtown Eastside rooming house Saturday. RCMP seek public's help after suspected series of fires at Kelowna park

The RCMP are asking the public for assistance after investigators identified a series of suspected deliberately set fires at Gopher Creek Linear Park in Kelowna. According to the RCMP, several small fires were discovered in close proximity inside the park at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
