Hundreds of passengers began leaving the Diamond Princess cruise ship Wednesday after the end of a much criticized, two week quarantine that failed to stop the spread of a new virus among passengers and crew. Police say first responders found 42 year old Ravinder Singh Sandhu shot inside his vehicle at the parking lot of the Langley Crossing Shopping Centre around 9:30 pm.
