President Donald Trump's new ban on travel to the U.S. by citizens from 12 mainly African and Middle Eastern countries took effect on Monday. On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Surrey Police Service (SPS) officers arrested a male 15-year-old suspect after a 14-year-old male victim was stabbed. Just after 3:00 pm yesterday, SPS officers were called to the area of 132 Street and 70B Avenue for a reported stabbing. A victim was quickly located in the area with a significant stab wound.
