Punjabi singer-actor Amrit Mann took to his social media account to share the first-look poster of his upcoming Punjabi film, Hakam. Amrit's on screen character's name in the film is Babbar. The film is written and directed by Amar Hundal. The release date of the film is yet to be announced. Besides this movie, Amrit Maan will also be seen in yet another upcoming film titled ‘Gunaah’ with Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.

Punjabi singer Singga who made his movie debut with Punjabi film Jora- The Second Chapter will now be seen in an yet another Punajbi flick, Kade Haan Kade Naa. Punjabi sufi singer Manmeet Singh apparently died after slipping and falling into a rivulet in the Kareri lake area of Himachal Pradesh's Kangra district, police said on Wednesday. The body of one-half of Punjab's famed Sain brothers was recovered from the Kareri lake area on Tuesday evening. According to McLeod Ganj Police SHO, Vipin Kumar, the singer and his friends had gone to two groups to the lake area above Mcleodganj in Dharamshala and had apparently slipped and fallen into the lake crossing a rivulet.

Punjabi film actor-director Nav Bajwa is all set to make his Bollywood debut. Nav has signed a Hindi film as lead opposite Bollywood actor Ameesha patel. Nav took to his social media handle to share the news. Sharing a picture collage of him and Ameesha, Nav Bajwa wrote - “coming up with a big Bollywood project soon rest details will be shared. The release date of actor Hardeep Grewal’s debut Punjabi film ‘Tunka Tunka’ has been postponed. The film was earlier set to hit the theatres on July 16. Hardeep Grewal took to his social media and posted a picture from the film announcing delay in the film’s release.
