Digital platform Amazon Prime Video has announced that they were renewing popular crime drama series Mirzapur for a third season. The season two of the show, which became the most-watched show on the streamer in India within just seven days of its release. Asif Basra found dead
Actor Asif Basra, a popular face in several movies and TV shows including Jab We Met, Kai Po Che and Paatal Lok was found hanging in a private residential complex in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday, police said. He was 53.As per reports, the actor had a property on lease in Mcleodganj, and used to visit the hill station often. Online news brought under I&B Ministry
The Union Government of India has brought online news media and content streaming platforms under the Ministry Of Information & Broadcasting. The notification was signed by President Ram Nath Kovind and issued on November 9, 2020.The notification stated that the, "films and audio-visual programmes made available by online content providers and news and current affairs content on online platforms shall be included in the 'India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961."
