Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal has sent a legal notice to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, accusing the Badal family of taking advantage of crores of rupees under the eco-tourism policy for Sukh Vilas Hotel.

Now Sukhbir Singh Badal has given a legal notice and asked the Chief Minister to prove the charge within a week or apologize, failing which he has warned Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to sue for defamation.

Sukhbir Singh Badal has shared the information of the notice sent to the Chief Minister by tweeting, in which Badal said that he is legally required to tender a written apology within 7 days for making fabricated allegations of fraud by the Chief Minister in connection with his personal business.
