The owner of the well-known newspaper Ajit Publishing Group of Punjab. Barjinder Singh Hamdard's troubles do not seem to be reducing. Jatinder Jeet Singh, DSP of Punjab Vigilance Bureau's Jalandhar unit, reached his office today along with his team in the case of irregularities in the funds for the construction of the Jang-e-Azadi Memorial in Kartarpur, where they pasted a notice outside his office and issued 7 Ordered to appear before vigilance within days.

Vigilance says that evidence of money manipulation has been found in the fund released for the construction of the memorial. In the notice, Vigilance wrote that according to the orders of the Punjab-Haryana High Court, Dr. Barjinder Singh Hamdard will have to appear at the Vigilance Office Jalandhar for questioning.

Lethbridge police seek suspect driver in hit-and-run investigation

Lethbridge Police Service says it is seeking the public’s help to identify a driver involved in a hit-and-run that damaged a parked vehicle.
