There has been an earthquake in politics after the arrest of Aam Aadmi Party supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Minister Harjot Singh Bains, who is protesting in Delhi, has been detained by the police.
While talking to the journalists earlier, Harjot Bains said that if the assembly elections and parliament elections can be contested sitting in jail, then the government can also be run.
Harjot Singh Bains said that he is also a lawyer. The constitution of this country provides that every citizen, even if he is in jail but the punishment is not severe, he can be elected as MLA and M.P. allows contesting elections, then the government can be run from jail. Bains said that state religion can be practiced even while sitting in jail.
