The BC Prosecution Service says a suspect arrested following a shooting at the Williams Lake Stampede has been charged with attempted murder.
Jordell Sellars has also been charged with discharging a firearm with intent to endanger life.
RCMP say two people were taken to hospital in what they say was a brazen shooting at the stampede grounds yesterday afternoon.
Staff Sergeant Darren Dodge says in a release that police believe it was a targeted shooting but one innocent bystander was also wounded.
