Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar has raised questions on the new excise policy of the state and has accused corruption of crores of rupees in it and has sent a complaint to the Election Commission and demanded an investigation from the ED.

Jakhar alleges that the same way corruption of Rs 100 crore has been exposed in Delhi's liquor policy, the same policy has been implemented in Punjab and the corruption here is many times more than that.

Jakhar said that crores of rupees collected by the Aam Aadmi Party through the two-year excise policy will now be distributed in the parliamentary elections or its liquor will be distributed. That is why they have complained to the Election Commission.
